New memberships and campsite sales are subject to pre-approval by the Board of Directors and must involve the Sales & Contracts Coordinator to be valid.

If you wish to become a new member, additional membership and transfer fees will be assessed in addition to the price of a camping site at the time of sale/transfer.
Current members purchasing additional sites will pay a transfer fee.
